Description

Circa 1863-4. Terrace of astylar 4-storey and basement tenements with return elevation to Woodlands Road. Polished ashlar, channelled at ground, stonecleaned.

Willowbank Street elevation: 22 bays arranged 5-6-6-5. Plain recessed doorpieces with fanlight. All upper windows architraved corniced at 1st and 2nd. Sash windows, 4 or 12 pane glazing. Corniced over ground, plain main cornice. Corniced axial and wallhead stacks; slate roofs. Droved ashlar rear elevation with polished margins. Canted stone stairs with solid newel/parapet.

Woodlands Road elevation: 15-bay, angled at No 206. Details as above with shops at ground. Corner elevation with bipartite windows curved over angle.
