Description

Robert Turnbull, 1879. "Thomsonesque". Long 3-storey
terrace with shops at ground, these continued W as
single storey range with circular gushet bay at end with
shallow conical (slate) roof; terrace also has 3 bays to
Nithsdale Street. Stone-cleaned yellow ashlar; long rank
of unmargined single windows in regular bays (mullioned
windows at W end only); horizontal courses, 2nd floor
windows linked by stepped moulding; plate glass sashes;
corniced stacks, wallhead stacks at W.
