Description

Later 19th century "Thomsonesque" tenement. Mainly 4
storeys, 3 3-storey and attic bays to Nithsdale Road
perhaps not original but integrated with composition.
Shops at ground to Pollokshaws Road, simplified
aedicules at 1st, 2nd floor windows linked by stepped
moulding; sashes with 4-pane glazing; blind windows in
chimney bays; single wall-head stack survives; recessed
corner bay; detailing repeated on flank to Nithsdale
Road, broad-eaved dormers over lower range.
Altered stacks; slate roofs.
