Mid/later 19th century. 4-storey corner tenement with public house and shop at ground; stone-cleaned yellow ashlar; architraved windows, corniced at 1st and 2nd; Some windows retain sashes with 4-pane glazing pattern; entablature; wall-head and ridge stacks; modern tile roof.
