Later 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay villa with L-plan
front, full-height canted window in advanced left bay,
centre square-columned porch; stugged coursers,
painted stone detailing, plate glass sashes, basket-
arched openings; bracketted eaves, end stacks, piended
slate roof with metal finial over bay.
Ashlar boundary wall, painted gatepiers.
