Description

Circa 1860. Tall astylar palazzo-fronted warehouse, 4
storeys.
5 bays with single bay return elevation to W. Ground
floor altered with modern shop fronts. Upper floors,
polished painted ashlar.
All windows single light with elaborately moulded
architraves; consoled pediments to 1st, consoled
cornices to 2nd, keystoned at 3rd. All sash and case
with plate-glass glazing.
Cornice over ground, moulded cill band at 2nd,
decorative rope moulding to 3rd floor cill band. Eaves
band, deep mutule main cornice, slate roofs.
