Description

H K Bromhead, 1886. Double villa. Scots Baronial. 2 storeys
and attic double pile. 3 and 2 bays. Snecked rubble with
ashlar dressings, long and short quoins and window surrounds,
hoodmoulds over doors. Front elevation painted. Mainly
sash and case windows.
NO 7: ground floor S bay canted, 1st floor N bay oriel.
2 crow-stepped dormers flanking small semi-circular dormer
all with ball finials.
S RETURN: 2 crow-stepped gables with stacks.
NO 9: full-height, canted N bay. Double-leaf panelled door.
Leaded lights to most upper sashes. 1 semi-circular dormer,
1 crow-stepped dormer.
