Circa 1830. 4-storey commercial building on corner. Ground
floor altered. Plain classical. 5 x 7 bays. Painted
ashlar. Sash and case windows, plate glass.
ELEVATION TO GORDON STREET: centre bay blind. 1st floor
windows architraved, corniced. 2nd floor windows
architraved, lugged cills (details shown). 3rd floor
cill band, architraved windows. Cornice blocking course.
Central wallhead stack.
ELEVATION TO MITCHELL STREET: 2nd bay from N blind below
wallhead stack. Plain windows.
