Description

Circa 1860. Classical tenement. 4 storeys and basement,
17 bays. Ashlar with rusticated ground floor. 2 plain
doorways with fanlights on ground floor at close entries
5th bay from either end. All windows sash and case with
cill band and architraves to 1st and 2nd floors; 1st
floor with block pediments and dentils on 4 end bays,
centre bays flat cornices; 3rd floor with margins. Eaves
blocking course. End stacks removed and 3 central stacks.
RETURN TO GARNETHILL STREET: 4 storeys and basement
rising to full-storey rear basement. 7 bays. Single light
sash and case windows, except blind 2nd bay through full
height.
