Description

Circa 1845. 4-storey tenement with modern shops;
7 bays to Sauchiehall Street, 10 bays in 2 sections
(4-6) to Renfield Street. All windows sash and case
with architraves. 1st section 7 bays in Sauchiehall
Street, 4 in Renfield Street: 2nd and 7th bays
(at 1st and 2nd floors) return elevation blind, 1st
floor cill band (partially covered), brackets to 1st
floor string course; 2nd floor pedimented windows on
cill band, similarly bracketted; 3rd floor windows
on cill band with moulded brackets to eaves band.
Mutule cornice; blocking course; single end stack.
6-BAY SECTION TO RENFIELD STREET: cornices to 1st and
2nd floor windows. Wallhead stack, removed, gable stack.
Eaves mutule cornice.
