Description

Circa 1830. 3-storey and basement (altered) flatted classical
end terrace block, 4 x 5 bays; 2nd bay from N in West
Campbell Street and 4th bay at 2nd floor blind. Polished
ashlar. Painted double anta, mutule corniced doorpiece to
entrances to upper floors and ground floor respectively;
double-leaf panelled doors. All windows sash and case in
architraves. Ground floor windows corbelled cills, corniced.
1st floor cill band, corniced windows. 2nd floor dropped
architraves. Eaves cornice; blocking course. 2 reduced
corniced wallhead stacks to West Campbell Street; piended
slate roof.
