Description

Circa 1820-25, altered and raised later. Terraced house
remodelled 3-storey and basement, 3-bay classical house
converted to offices. Painted ashlar. Left entry at head of
steps with corniced wing walls and boundary piers, lugged
architraved doorpiece with rosette surround, dentil band, and
cornice. Sash and case windows in architraves, ground floor
corbelled and corniced. 1st floor cornice. 2nd floor windows
set in recessed panels; 3-light central window with stone
mullions flanked by single lights. Plain eaves entablature,
dentil cornice. Stacks treated as piers in outer bays with
panelling.
