Description

Robert Scott, 1831-2. End terrace classical block of flatted houses altered to offices. 3 storeys and basement, 4 x 5 bays. Polished ashlar. Pilastered corniced doorpiece with pulvinated frieze at No 188 West Regent Street; tall Ionic pilastered corniced doorpiece to upper floor at No 116 Blythswood Street. Ground floor cill band, recessed windows set in arcade, moulded cills, plain aprons. 1st floor cill band, architraved, corniced windows. 3rd floor architraved windows. Eaves cornice, blocking course.
