Description

Built probably mid/later 18th century, but altered in
19th and in 20th centuries (? most recently 1974) and
possibly raised in height. Now (1988) a 2-storey house.
Rubble-built with - mainly diagonally-droved - ashlar
dressings. Ground floor openings altered (now 2 windows
between 2 doors, 1 blocked window). 2 widely-spaced 1st
floor windows to both long walls, and 1974 (dated) crest
set centrally. Modern doors; reglazed, small-paned
sashes. Straight skews with moulded skewputts; end
stacks; pair rooflights to roadside elevation; slate roof.
