Description

Built circa 1880. 2-storey 3-bay villa with pilastered
window mullions; stone-cleaned ashlar with painted
details; plate glass sashes; Ionic portico central,
curved full-height window bay has roof finial; band
courses, frieze, bracketted eaves, end stacks, slate roof
with Thomsonesque chimney cans. Rear wing.
Boundary wall stepped to street, painted GATEPIERS,
unusual design, square at base moulded to circular at
domed tops and with incised detail.
