Description

Later 19th century 2-storey 3-bay villa with L-plan
front, 2-storey canted window right below fret-worked
gable head. Snecked ashlar, painted details; shafted
details to openings, pilastered porch, foliated
capitals; flat and arched openings. End stacks; slate
roof.
Low boundary wall to street, painted ashlar gatepiers,
distinctive (though a common pattern in the area), with
deep inset necking.
