Description

Later 19th century. Symmetrical 2-storey 3-bay villa,
central open porch, steep-gabled outer bays with
timber-mullioned and transomed lights (casements) set in
canted windows at ground, stepped windows at 1st, glazed
quatrefoils in gable-heads, simplified timbering;
stugged coursers, polished dressings, end stacks, slate
roofs.
Boundary wall to street also ashlar with moulded coping,
stepped to slope of street; ashlar gatepiers.
