Description

Built 1880/90. Symmetrical single storey and attic
double villa with some Thomsonesque detailing, broad-
eaved (slate) roofs. Stone-cleaned stugged and snecked
ashlar, polished dressings, painted detailing on house
to left; 4 bays (2-bay houses), inner twin gables with
iron-crested and bowed 2-storey window reaching high
into each main gable head; outer bays each with
pilastered mullion to ground floor window, wall-head
dormer. Sash windows; porches recessed on flanks; end
stacks.
