Description

Style of W F MacGibbon; dated 1886. 2-storey Scots
baronial villa, asymmetrical front, 3-storey right hand
tower with conical slate roof, triangular pediments to
dormers. Centre and left hand crow-stepped gables,
strapwork cresting and crown over centre 1st floor
window, dormer treatment to left. Carved block with
monogram at eaves level, roll-mouldings to windows,
paired with transoms and mullions to tower and ground
floor left. Glazed conservatory attached on right,
set-back block on left with entrance under crow-stepped
lean-to. Original circular gatepiers to left hand
driveway.
