Style of W F MacGibbon. Built circa 1886. 3-storey Scots baronial villa; 2-window asymmetrical front with crow-stepped gable on left; 2-storey splayed bay with top windows rising onto roof on right, bartizan with conical slate roof to right hand corner. 1st floor 3 and

4-light windows, stone mullions and transoms, ground floor French windows to bay, main entrance with miniature turrets at right hand side. Original circular gatepiers to left hand driveway.
