John Bennie Wilson, 1907. 2-storey 3-bay villa, red
ashlar with terra-cotta detailing over openings and at
eaves; renaissance doorcase with roundel sunk into
open-topped pediment; projecting window right, canted
bay left carried upwards, attic window in gable-head.
Plate glass sashes; blocked eaves; tall stacks; green
slate roof with red ridging tiles.
Renaissance gatepiers (painted) with Ionic volutes,
stepped boundary wall to street.
