Description

Circa 1880/90. Symmetrical single storey and attic 3-bay
villa, steep-gabled and barge-boarded outer bays with
iron-crested bow windows at ground, hood-moulded
stepped 3-light pointed-headed windows above, central
door with consoled hood, semi-circular dormer over;
stone-cleaned polished ashlar; end stacks; broad-eaved
slate roofs.
CONSERVATORY on left flank in lean-to, stepped
round-headed lights, decorative cresting.
Low boundary wall, shaped painted ashlar GATEPIERS.
