Description

Mid/later 19th century. Late Georgian-style 3-storey
corner tenement with classical details; long elevation
to Leven Street has regular single window bays,
symmetrical 5-bay Kenmure Street elevation has outer
tripartites; stone-cleaned yellow ashlar, channelled at
ground, architraved windows above, corniced at 1st
floor; cill courses; main cornice; plate glass sashes;
stacks mainly rebuilt; modern tile roof.
