Later 19th century symmetrical 2-storey 3-bay villa,
full-height canted windows with Corinthian columns at
jambs and mullions to each floor, Ionic-columned door-
case (round-arched doorway) central (2 inner doors),
Corinthian pilasters to window above; all lights
basket-arched, plate glass sashes; polished ashlar, now
painted; eaves band, bracketted eaves, end stacks,
slated roof. Recessed low wing left.
Stepped low boundary wall to street, square gatepiers.
