Description

Robert Miller, 1894-6, as YMCA building; late gothic,
with mullioned/mullioned and transomed windows; red
ashlar, leaded glass panels, slated roofs; corner site,
4-storey corner range with entrance in canted angle,
adjoining 2-storey ranges to each street elevation with
tall outer gables, broad-eaved roof swept down centrally
over 4 big windows; shop at right, to Maxwell Road.
