Description

Built circa 1880. Asymmetrical 2-storey and attic villa
with paired brackets to deep eaves, square entrance bay
recessed right carried a storey higher as square tower.
2-bay front stone-cleaned ashlar, mullioned windows in
projecting bays (plate glass sashes), pediments over;
attic billiard room with unusual dormer; stacks; slated
roofs.
Decorative square gatepiers; low boundary wall to
street.
