Description

Late 19th century large 2-storey and attic double villa
with some cast-iron ornament. On corner site. Stugged
and snecked ashlar, polished dressings; plate glass sash
windows, blocked eaves. S front to Newark Drive has
full-height curved window in advanced left bay, topped
by dormer set over curved roof; right hand bay to E
(Shields Road) elevation similarly treated, shallow
2-bay verandah links advanced outer bays on that
elevation.
