Description

Circa 1880. Italianate 2-storey 3-bay villa, broad-eaved
with round-arched lights (sculptured detail in spandrels)
at 1st floor, deep curved full-height window bay left
with shallow curved roof; (painted) balustraded
Corinthian porch in inner bay; stone-cleaned ashlar;
modern glazing; end stacks; piended slate roof.
Boundary wall to street also stone-cleaned, panelled
gatepiers painted ashlar.
