Description

Probably 1870/80. Long 3-storey terrace with curved E
end forming gushet leading in to Kenmure Street,
circular turretted W end to Nithsdale Place. Mainly
single window bays, ranges stepped to slope. Polished
ashlar, part stone-cleaned, shops at ground, windows
above architraved (corniced at 1st), sashes, mostly with
4-pane glazing pattern; eaves course and cornice; some
wall-head stacks and dormers; slate roofs. Narrow flank
to Nithsdale Road near symmetrical with main wall area
shallow recessed; short return elevation to Leven Street
has outer bays, no doors.
