Description

Later 19th century 2-storey 3-bay villa; circa 1900 low
addition to left with wide canted front (mullioned and
transomed window with figurative leaded glass panels);
stone-cleaned polished ashlar with moulded detail,
original house has shafted jambs/mullions with foliated
capitals; windows have stilted flat-arched heads;
painted centre doorcase, canted full-height window left,
pointed roof over; end stacks, slated roofs.
Low boundary wall to street, shaped painted ashlar
gatepiers; modern ironwork - gates, overthrow and
railings, and protecting leaded windows of addition.
