Description

Built 1880/90. 2-storey 3-bay villa with gothic details,
L-plan front. stugged coursers, polished dressings,
moulded/sculptured detail, particularly at eaves.
Arched openings, hood-moulded inner doorway, 2-storey
canted window in left gable, projecting ground floor
window right, window above with gabled dormer head above
eaves level; plate glass glazing; skews; end stacks;
slate roofs. Recessed low wing either side; to right,
modern garage adjoins.
Stepped boundary wall to street, octagonal gatepiers,
pyramidal caps.
