Description

Built 1880/90. 2-storey 3-bay villa with L-plan front,
2-storey canted window in left gable, porch in re-
entrant angle. Stone-cleaned polished ashlar, roll-
moulded openings, square-headed, stilted at 1st floor -
strings at impost level and between floors; blocked
eaves; plate glass glazing; ornamented end stacks;
modern tile roof. Altered low wing right.
Boundary wall to street, painted ashlar shaped
gatepiers.
