Description

James Miller, 1892/93. Large English Tudoresque villa, now 2 houses; red ashlar with painted timber framing and white stucco. 3 bays, 2-storey outer gables not identical, mullioned/mullioned and transomed windows, main roof swept down between gables over open loggia, main door set within. Original glazing, mostly multi-paned; dormers; tall stacks; red-tile roofs. Corniced square gatepiers, low boundary wall to street.
