Description

Circa 1875. 3-storey, 8-irregular-bay tenement on a curve in a prominent position seen from Queen Margaret Bridge. Ashlar, rusticated at ground; cornice over ground, cill courses to 1st and 2nd (bracketted), eaves cornice, shallow aprons below bracketted, corniced 1st floor windows, pilastered 2nd floor windows. Sash and case windows, 2-pane lower sash, 6-or 4-pane upper. Tripartites in outer bays of terrace, 2 canted windows near-centre of composition. Panelled doors with rectangular fanlights. Plain side elevation to Clouston Street. Slate roofs, wallhead and end stacks.
