Description

Late 19th/early 20th century 2-storey symmetrical double villa of timber-framed English vernacular type. Ashlar (yellow, contrasting red dressings), pair timber-framed gables central, end stacks in brick. Complex roof (slated, red ridging tiles), swept down over recessed entrance bays on flanks; projecting outer windows with stone mullions and transomes, 1st floor window-divides all timber; glazing mostly small-paned.

Boundary wall to street; square gatepiers, those at No 3 (ie right hand) retaining ball finials.
