Description

Later 19th century Italianate villa with 3-storey entrance tower left, advanced 2-storey gable alongside. Painted ashlar, openings mostly round-headed (windows plate glass sashes), shallow pitched (slated) broad eaved roffa with block detail; plain single storey bay right; modern garage left at basement level in slope.

Low boundary wall to street, square piers with projecting caps.
