Description

Style of H E Clifford; built circa 1905. 2-storey villa with attic, stone cleaned rock-faced ashlar with polished dressings, mullions and transomes; red-tiled deep-eaved piended roof; sash windows with small-paned upper panels; tall stacks. To street, centre canted window breaks through eaves, hood moulded mullioned low window right; curved bow on S flank, closest to gate, main entrance beyond and at 1st floor on open loggia. At rear, stepped large stair window and low wing containing garage. Low boundary wall to street with decorative blocks at gushet with Laggan Road;gatepiers to Langside Road with projecting caps, wrought-iron gates.
