Description

John Nisbet, dated 1906. Symmetrical 5-storey tenement with Art Nouveau ornament, shops at ground, stone cleaned red ashalr above; canted window bays, wider pair at centre, turreted outer bays with domed roofs; flat-roofed, iron railings over wallhead. Some windows retain original glazing. Stacks.

Statement of Interest

Roof and floors were by the Albion Fireproof Constructing Company, their first commission in Glasgow.
