Circa 1870; single-storey and attic house, symmetrical front
to driveway; rubble with slated roof; 2 bi-partite arched
windows with hood moulds and centre door with barge boarded
porch; 2 gabled barge boarded masonry dormers; projecting
eaves, central chimney.
