Description

Circa 1850. Large asymmetrical 2-storey and dormerless attic
villa, stugged coursers with ashlar dressings L-plan front,
advanced gable to left with single-storey 3-light canted bay
and stepped 3-light at first floor, stained glass panel at upper
part of centre light, central door with rectangular fanlight,
and bipartites to right. 3-window rear with single-
storey outshot, heightened to 2-storey in cement
render. Slated roof on bracketed eaves, with barge
boards and pendant to front gable. Rendered corniced end
stacks. Veluxes to rear. Original glazing to front and
rear ground floor.
Good plasterwork and curved stair to left of hall.
Low garden wall with 4 square painted corniced gatepiers.
