Description

Circa 1860. Tudorish features. 2 storey (asymmetrical)
villa, stugged coursers with stugged ashlar dressings
and polished margins painted at the openings. 2 bay
front with advanced gable to right, door on left,
corniced ground floor openings linked by aprons to hood-
moulded 1st floor windows. Single storey one window
gable-fronted wing to right. Rubble flanks, delicately
bracketed ogee cast iron rhones, bracketted and barge
boarded gable, probably originally similar to that at
12. Piended slated roof with truncated stack to left.
