Description

1897. 2-storey, 2-bay villa. Cream snecked bull-faced sandstone; ashlar dressings. Ashlar mullioned windows; bargeboarded eaves.

E (CRAIGENDORAN AVENUE/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: corniced doorway to right, ashlar margin, fanlit 2-leaf boarded doors, modern glazed vestibule door. Window with ashlar margin at 1st floor. Taller gabled bay to left with full-height window bay, lights arranged 1-3-1, piended slate roof.

Modern windows. Grey slate roof, rendered stack, original rainwater goods.

Statement of Interest

Has similar masonry and rainwater goods as 4-9 Craigendoran Avenue and was probably built at the same time. Group with 4-9 Craigendoran Avenue.
