Description

Earlier 18th century, with late 19th century additions and alterations. 3-storey and attic 3-bay tenement with shop at ground. Sandstone rubble (originally rendered) with cream ashlar dressings. 3-bay shop at ground with 2-leaf panelled door at centre; flanking plate glass windows over base course; modern glazed door (to house) to right; decorative brackets to cornice and fascia. Upper floors with corniced windows to each bay. Gabled ashlar dormers breaking moulded eaves in outer bays.

Irregular rubble rear elevation with sunken door, approached from Abbey Place.

4-pane timber sash and case (replacement) windows with horns. Grey slates; rubble stack; ashlar skews.
