Description

Early 19th century. Tall 2-storey and attic to rear 3-bay cream dressed rubble sandstone flatted house; long and short ashlar (cement) margins, cills. Deep-set door at centre with letterbox fanlight; windows flanking and to each bay above. Pend in No 57 gives access to No 59 via stair tower to rear.

Rear elevation harled with wallhead dormers and piend roofed rubble stair tower at centre.

Timber sash and case windows, 12-pane at ground, plate glass at 1st floo r. Rendered stacks, grey slates; corbel skewputt survives to S.
