Description

Mid 19th century, with earlier 20th century addition. 2-storey and attic 3-bay classical bank and bankers house. Pale cream ashlar sandstone. Corniced Ionic porch in antis with pair of free standing columns flanked by pilasters; panelled door at centre with rectangular fanlight; band course at cornice level. Architraves of ground floor windows descend to base course framing aprons; bay to left with a pair of windows. At 1st floor, single windows with lugged, moulded architraves; cill course. Cornice, with parapet above interrupted by 3 later pedimented, architraved ashlar dormers.

M-roofed 2-bay rubble irregular rear elevation, with dormers breaking eaves.

6-pane timber sash and case windows; lower sash plate glass at ground, dormers 4-pane.

Cast-iron downpipes and moulded rainwaterheads. Grey slates; harled side gablehead and stack.
