Description

18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house with forestair at end of terrace on corner site. Harl with painted margins.

SW ELEVATION: blank wall of forestair to centre at ground, modern timber door with adjacent window to right in bay to right of centre and window to left; timber door to centre at 1st floor with windows in flanking bays, all abutting eaves.

NW (EASTGATE) ELEVATION: gabled elevation with window close to ground at outer left.

Plate glass glazing in pivot windows. Swept, pantiled roof. Coped, harled stacks with thackstanes.

Statement of Interest

Terminates irregular run of 18th to 19th century properties - 30-38 North Overgate.
