18th century. Small 2-storey, rectangular-plan tenement. Harled with stone margins.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: door in bay to right of centre, 2 windows to right and 2 further windows to left, regular fenestration at 1st floor.

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Concrete tiles.

Statement of Interest

Used as Chamber of Commerce until mid 1990's.
