Circa 1875. Simple 2-storey detached villa, rubble walls, dressed stone frontage, raised quoins and margins, hipped slate roof. 3 windows wide, splayed bay through both floors to left, bipartites to right, square bay on ground floor. Block console doorpiece.
Formerly Free Church Manse, congregations united in 1947. Free Church congregation moved from Giffordtown in 1875.
