Description

18th century. Small 2-storey, 3-bay former tenement in irregular terrace, converted to single dwelling. Harled with painted stone margins and base course, random whinstone rubble and harled projections to rear.

S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: door with 2-pane letterbox fanlight to right of centre, 3 windows to left, smaller modern window to right; smaller windows at 1st floor with regular fenestration to right and 3 windows to left.

4-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows except outer right ground floor with modern plate glass and fanlight. Pantiles with slate eaves easing course. Ashlar skews with coped ashlar stacks to E and N, W stack lined concrete.
