Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay tenement (grouped 3-1 at ground floor). Stugged cream sandstone squared and coursed rubble. Cill course at 1st floor, eaves course and blocking course with tablet.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: fanlit door off-centre left flanked by tall window, pend to outer right. 4 windows to 1st floor.

12-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof with ashlar coped skews and rendered stack to right gable; slate-hung canted piended dormer to left, rooflight to right.
